In Busto Arsizio we cook with the best beef in the world. It is not a tagline and it is not just a phrase: it is a precise choice, one we make every day, and one we want to say out loud.
Not “the best beef in Italy”. Not “the best in Uruguay”, nor “the best in Europe”. The best in the world — because that is exactly the ambition with which we select it.
Without borders
Quality has no passport. That is why we don’t limit ourselves to one country or one continent: we look for the best wherever it is. Black Angus from the prairies of Uruguay, pasture-raised as the Río de la Plata tradition demands. Prime from the finest farms in the United States. And, for those who want to reach the absolute peak, A5 Wagyu from Japan, with its marbling that melts like butter.
Every cut enters our kitchen only if it passes a simple question: is it among the best in the world in its category? If the answer isn’t yes, we don’t serve it.
At the best possible price
Some think “the best” must inevitably be out of reach. We see it the other way around. Our vision is to bring the best beef in the world to our guests’ plates at the best possible price: excellence not as a rare-occasion luxury, but as the house standard.
It is work done upstream — in choosing suppliers, in direct relationships, in never compromising on the raw material — so that all the value ends up on the plate, and none is lost along the way.
Cooked the Uruguayan way
Selecting the best beef in the world is not enough: you have to know how to respect it. And we cook it the way it’s done in Uruguay, where asado is culture before it is cuisine.
A wood fire, never the direct flame but the embers, patience and coarse salt as the only true seasoning. Before your eyes. That is how a great cut becomes a great dish: with time and with the right fire. If you like, we’ve told the story of this method in the history of the Uruguayan asado.
Our cuts
From the flavourful to the absolute peak, every cut tells of its origin. To find your way among entraña, vacío, bife de chorizo, picaña and Wagyu, we’ve prepared a guide to the cuts of the parrilla.
Soon, here, we’ll publish the full list of our beef along with the labels and certificates that prove its origin and quality. Because a promise like this should be shown, not just told.
Come and judge for yourselves
Words only go so far. The best beef in the world can be understood in one way only: by tasting it. We’re waiting for you at the parrilla, in the heart of Busto Arsizio, fifteen minutes from Malpensa.
Take a look at the menu, discover who we are or book a table: the fire is already lit.
